We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Female Support Workers to join our team in Eastleigh. Whether you are experienced in care or completely new to the sector, we will provide full training, ongoing guidance, and opportunities to grow—including completing your Care Certificate and working towards further qualifications.

You will be supporting individuals with vibrant personalities who love getting out and about. Their favourite activities include:

  • Shopping and dining out
  • Cinema and theatre trips
  • Holidays and exciting day outings

Your role is to help them live life to the fullest, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful experiences every day.
