Dimensions, Edgware-based charity, is looking for a Support Worker to help three gentlemen live life their way. You will provide person-centred support for personal care, mobility and health needs, assist with meals, and help access hobbies and community activities.
You will work as part of a team, building relationships and using clear communication including Makaton when needed. Shifts are long days 8am–10pm to match active lifestyles.
