Dimensions Group is looking for a compassionate care professional to join our friendly team on Lynton Terrace, Llanrumney, Cardiff. You’ll support three individuals in their 50s with learning disabilities and cerebral palsy, helping with daily living, personal care, mobility and activity engagement, using specialist equipment as needed.
Full training is provided and you’ll work to promote independence and meaningful relationships.
