The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Hourly rate of £13.86, with sleep-in nights paid at £50 per night. We have full-time, part-time and relief opportunities available. A full UK or EU driving licence is essential, as the people you will be supporting have asked that their Support Workers are able to drive their mobility vehicles.

Shift patterns include: 8am - 3pm, 3pm - 9pm / 10pm, 3pm - 11pm, sleep-in, then 7am - 3pm, Waking nights: 9pm - 8am.

No two days are ever the same. One day you might be heading out for walks, enjoying disco dance clubs or searching for dragons in a Welsh castle. Another day could be spent relaxing at home, having a film day, getting creative with arts and crafts, or simply enjoying good company. Swimming, trips to the gym, bowling, crazy golf and visits to the farm or even a zoo are firm favourites. We’re looking for a truly caring and enthusiastic Support Worker to join one of our welcoming homes in Bridgend. You’ll become part of a close-knit, supportive team dedicated to making a real and lasting difference in the lives of four wonderful gentlemen, each with their own unique personalities, interests and sense of fun.
