The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Responsibilities include supporting to maintain independence within his new home, in his local community and being involved in all aspects of hobbies and interests to help achieve any goals he has. Provide 2-to-1 support to a young gentleman with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and complex health needs. Help him navigate his new home, offering mobility assistance (he uses a wheelchair but can move with support). Administer emergency buccal medication when needed. Prompting and providing support when required with personal care and administering medication. Support him emotionally during moments of distress.
Shift times: long days 8am - 10pm, sleep in and handover at 8am. We are looking for people who can offer flexibility to work weekdays and weekends. This is more than a job – it’s an opportunity to create joyful moments and lasting memories while empowering someone to live independently.
