Location: Aldershot (GU12). Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence (concerned with driving both manual cars and a manual minibus).
Shift Patterns: Mixture of early/late shifts and alternate weekends. 8am‑8pm shifts also available.

You will support three gentlemen and three ladies with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Each person has their own personality, preferences and goals. Your role is to help them live a fulfilling, connected and uniquely their own life.
Responsibilities
- Swimming and other physical activities
- Sensory experiences tailored to individual needs
- Intensive interaction to build communication and connection
- Community access, from local walks to visiting places of interest
- Support people to enjoy hobbies, explore new opportunities and build confidence
- Assist with personal care in a dignified, person‑led way
- Assist with medication and health‑related routines
- Help with daily living tasks to promote independence
- Move and handle using safe, respectful techniques
