Overview
Who will I be supporting? We support two gentlemen and three ladies in their 50s-60s who love hydrotherapy and swimming, sensory sessions and music activities, going to the theatre, cinema, and arts and crafts sessions, and day trips along the rivers and being out and about. They have learning disabilities and autism and live together in their shared home, with families who may visit. Motivated support workers who enjoy working as part of a team and have a good sense of humour would be a wonderful match.

- Live together with ongoing family involvement
What Will You Be Doing?
- Empowering Independence: Supporting people to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.
- Daily Living Support: Attending professional appointments, personal care, meal support, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Providing Care: Electric hoisting, repositioning, wheelchair assistance, and supporting with medication (including epilepsy medication).
Shift Patterns
- Long Day Shifts: 7:30am – 9:30pm
- Occasional cover for the waking night team may be required. Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
