Responsibilities

  • Supporting people to enjoy their favourite activities – from shopping, swimming, and cinema trips to bowling, dancing, and football matches
  • Helping with daily routines like cooking, cleaning, gardening, and budgeting
  • Encouraging healthy choices and independence
  • Providing emotional support, companionship, and a listening ear
  • Supporting with medication and occasional personal care prompts
  • Building strong relationships and helping people stay connected with family and friends

Who You\\\’ll Be Supporting

You\\\’ll be working with individuals aged 25-60, each with their own unique personality, interests, and routines. Some are outgoing and adventurous, while others enjoy quieter moments and creative hobbies. What they all have in common is a desire to live life to the fullest – and they need someone like you to help make that happen.
