We are working with a global financial services organisation that shares a commitment to making things better for clients and each other. They continually explore new technology and different ways of working to put their clients first.
Do you have pensions or financial services experience and are looking to develop your experience with SIPPS? If so, this client is seeking a Retail Pensions Administrator to join an area of the business that plays a pivotal role in managing the rapid growth of their SIPP product within the business.
As well as managing daily workloads, addressing queries, and handling escalated or complaint cases, the role will see you (with training) oversee process risks and adherence to reporting and data quality rules related to owned processes. Additionally, responsibilities will also include:
- The maintenance and updating of team procedures, process flows, and quick guides following process changes or improvements
- Skilful management of technical or complex client instructions to ensure optimal client outcomes
- Handling appropriate escalation of issues to management, especially those posing regulatory, reputational, or financial risks
- Being in direct contact with clients and internal stakeholders to proactively resolve any outstanding operational queries.
With a can-do attitude and a proactive approach, your experience will have been gained within the pensions (DC, DB or SIPP) sector, together with excellent administrative and communication skills, coupled with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop.
The role offers hybrid working (2 / 3 days in office), together with a remuneration package that includes an end of contract bonus, onsite (free) gym, parking, and a non-contributory pension.
