The RoleAs a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be a key member of one of their growing dynamic teams, responsible for managing pension schemes with precision and care. Your role will involve:

Administering pension schemes, predominantly and Defined Benefit (DB) arrangement.

Administering ongoing scheme administration including manual calculations, transfers, contribution, projects and payments etc.

Maintaining accurate records and managing scheme updates.

Communicating effectively with clients, members, and stakeholders.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.

Supporting the wider team with project work and initiatives.

What they are looking forThey are seeking a motivated individual with the following qualities:

Previous experience in Defined Benefit pension administration and including manual calculations

Strong numeracy and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with pensions legislation and systems (desirable but not essential).

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
