We are working with a global financial services organisation that shares a commitment to making things better for clients and each other. They continually explore new technology and different ways of working to put their clients first.
A new opportunity has arisen within their Brokerage Operations Hub for a Senior Associate for their Transformation & Change Team. The particular team sits within the wider Change area and is responsible for the delivery of their Change agenda. They work closely with colleagues across Operations, Technology, Business Change, Product and Propositions to support initiatives including small and large projects, system upgrades, patches, fixes, and performing functional and regression testing.
This role covers a wide range of responsibilities including:
- Working within the project scrums for all relevant Technology, Intelligent Automation and Business Process Improvement projects
- The completion of testing
- SME input and feedback for your areas of responsibility inside and outside of the scrums
- Decision making with regards to the change
- Escalation and reporting to the Process Ownership layer and Senior Management
This challenging and hands-on role would suit an individual looking for a varied role, as no two days are the same while gaining experience across GPI&A Operations, PTSS and Technology.
Ideally, you will have experience within a Brokerage Operations or Customer Service background, ideally with Change experience. Although the client will consider experience if you are stronger in one skill set (brokerage and/or change) as you can be trained up on the other.
Additionally, you will be highly organised, IT literate, clear, possess concise communication skills, and have a willingness to train and embrace change.
The role offers hybrid working (2/3 days in office), together with a remuneration package that includes an end of contract bonus, onsite (free) gym, parking, and a non-contributory pension.
