We are privileged to be working within a highly respected Investment Management organisation who pride themselves on focusing on client/customer relationships with the ethos being to help individuals with investment and financial planning, and provide technology to make things simple and clear.

Based in the heart of the City with a modern relaxed but professional environment and due to ongoing developments, they are now seeking a Financial Services Platform Services Manager to join them on an initial 12-month fixed term contract where you will be responsible for:

  • Providing office based front line servicing and support to their platform clients.
  • Liaising extensively with financial planners, paraplanners and wealth managers (intermediaries), where you will develop ongoing strong relationships built on outstanding service for all and any queries that your clients and their clients have with the platform.
  • Taking ownership of queries; analyse, research, and provide solutions using knowledge of the systems and processes.
  • Ensuring all client and intermediary communication is accurate, appropriate, and delivered at the right time, including emails, letters, and platform updates.
  • Inputting, manipulating, and maintaining data on the platform and client relationship management systems to perform required service tasks which can include processing ISA subscriptions and payment instructions in line with HMRC and company policies.
  • Assisting in the testing of the development of the platform including writing and maintaining user acceptance testing scripts.
  • Evaluating, improving and streamlining the processes and procedures for servicing platform business.

You will also work closely with the Platform Relationship Managers and Operations team to provide excellent customer service to the intermediary practices.

Already possessing knowledge of the UK platform market, including the regulatory environment, coupled with experience of platform administration, including tax wrappers, any experience of retail investments and investment management (including operational knowledge) would be advantageous.

Additionally, you will be someone who has the ability to build ongoing relationships, manage client expectations and be able to plan, organise, actively listen to, troubleshoot and resolve customer queries.
