Support Worker
Full and Part-Time Contracts Available | 22.5–37.5 hours per week
Shifts: A mixture of early and late shifts and sleep‑ins. A 9:00am–4:30pm shift is also available.

About the role
We’re looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team, working across five homes within the Portsmouth locality.
You’ll primarily support two gentlemen in their 60s and 70s who have mild to moderate learning disabilities and complex needs. One gentleman uses a wheelchair when out and about.
The gentlemen enjoy living active and fulfilling lives, with interests including music, films, puzzles, gardening, trips to the pub and shopping. You’ll support them to enjoy the things that matter to them, build independence and make the most of everyday life.
The role also includes providing full personal care, always with dignity, respect and choice at the heart of your support.
About you
You don’t just need to be caring. You’ll also need to be reliable, flexible and committed to providing excellent, person-centred support.
Due to the needs of the people we support, you must be able to:
- Complete a minimum of one sleep‑in shift per week
- Work flexibly across early and late shifts
- Work two weekends out of three, including Saturday and Sunday
