Thanks to our fantastic teams, Dimensions Group has been recognised as a Great Place to Work for 2026, our eighth consecutive year of accreditation.
In this Worthing home, you’ll support five adults with a range of health and physical support needs. The people we support enjoy getting out and about to concerts, fairgrounds, amusement parks and zoos, as well as eating out, gardening, cooking, sensory activities and games.
You’ll work alongside the Locality Manager and Assistant Locality Manager to provide high‑quality, person‑centred support while coaching and mentoring other Support Workers.
Your role will include:
- Supporting people to build independence, develop skills and achieve personal goals
- Providing support with personal care, medication, meals, shopping and everyday routines
- Encouraging choice, participation and involvement in the local community

You will be a great fit for this role if you:
- Lead with empathy, confidence and a genuine desire to help people live the lives they choose.
- Bring a calm, positive and steady approach to supporting both colleagues and the people we support.
- Are motivated by making a meaningful difference and empowering others to grow.
- Enjoy balancing hands‑on support with mentoring and guiding other team members.
- Communicate clearly, offer constructive feedback, and naturally lead by example.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families, colleagues and the people we support.
- Are open to learning, willing to try new approaches and committed to good, consistent practice.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and make thoughtful decisions.
- Motivation to help people build independence and confidence, whether they are colleagues or the people we support.
