An opportunity has arisen for a talented individual with strong organisational and inter-personal skills to join the EMEA Product Team driving the management, governance and development of product initiatives for Dimensional. The cross-functional role will primarily support regulatory related initiatives for Dimensional's Irish and UK UCITS, UCITS ETFs and Models, but also provide support for client onboarding and other product related initiatives. The role will report into the Vice President, Product Operations, but will be required to work closely with the Legal, Compliance and Finance teams to deliver on the responsibilities of the role. The successful candidate will need to foster close, co-operative relationships with peers in global offices and other Dimensional departments such as Investment Engineering, Portfolio Management and Investment Operations. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable as day-to-day requirements of the role will vary.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Documentation and Data

Work closely with internal teams and outsourced vendors to support the production of the following documents and data:

  • UCITS KIIDS and PRIIPS KIDS documentation.
  • EMT, EPT and EET Templates.
  • Solvency II (TPT), GroMikV, CRR II and VAG reporting.
  • Perform validation checks on the data produced.
  • Support the delivery of ESG related materials, such as website disclosures, periodic templates, ESG policies, pre-contractual templates, PAI and TCFD reports.
  • Support the preparation of business cases to produce new regulatory documents and data as regulations change and clients seek additional materials from Dimensional.
  • Support the tracking, oversight and governance of the funds, including documenting and maintaining process flows.

Regulatory Initiatives

Support the production of regulatory product reports relating to initiatives such as:

  • MiFID quarterly and annual reporting.
  • Irish Funds CP86 Report.
  • UK Consumer Duty Reporting.
  • Assessment of Value Reporting.
  • UK Stewardship Code Report.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree, or equivalent, preferably in finance or economics.
  • Experience in stakeholder management from an asset management or consulting background.
  • Understanding of European / UK fund solutions and distribution is preferred.
  • Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent English. German and Dutch would be well regarded.
  • Well organised, with good project management skills.
  • Effective inter-personal skills to develop partnerships across the firm.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
