The Partnerships Executive is responsible for driving incremental revenue and scalable growth for the Papa Johns UK business through strategic partnerships across key verticals. This role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Tech & E-Commerce, Operations, Business Development, franchisees, and external partners to optimize performance across aggregator platforms and affiliate channels. The role offers a significant opportunity to make a measurable impact on business growth by delivering data‑led strategies, executing tactical marketing campaigns, and identifying new partnership opportunities that increase brand exposure, customer acquisition, traffic, and conversion.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct full strategic reviews of aggregator platforms to identify opportunities to differentiate versus competitors and drive brand exposure, traffic, conversion, and new user acquisition.
  • Support the delivery of strategy across key strategic verticals, leading the execution of tactical marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external media and creative agencies.
  • Support the design and delivery of the quarterly aggregator calendar, including paid activity and co‑branded or co‑funded marketing campaigns driven by consumer, market, and commercial insights.
  • Deliver campaign analysis and share learnings to continuously improve the effectiveness of future activity.
  • Lead regular reporting on aggregator performance against predefined KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to grow brand awareness and acquire new users, including new aggregator platforms and retail partnerships.
  • Account manage partners and affiliate networks to maintain strong relationships and ensure channel profitability.
  • Manage communications with franchisees, aligning them on strategy and promotional activity, and collaborating internally to remove blockers to campaign execution.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure all activity aligns with ongoing campaigns and the overarching UK brand strategy.
  • Collate and communicate company, partner, and product updates to franchisees through training sessions and webinars.
  • Optimize the Papa Johns menu across all current and future aggregator platforms to drive engagement and conversion.
