This is an initial eight-week contract, three days per week, based in London on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The HR Infrastructure team supports HR systems and processes, with HR Operations managing employee transactions, reporting, and data management.
Responsibilities:- Audit employee files across paper, electronic, and Workday systems to ensure documentation compliance and identify gaps.
- Collaborate with the Workday team to upload employee documentation into personal files.
- Coordinate with the EMEA HR team to retain necessary hard copies of employee documentation.
- Review and update the HR record retention schedule, removing obsolete documents.
- Develop a plan with the EMEA HR team to obtain and store missing documentation.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
