Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Anchored by the Dimensional philosophy and approach to business analytics, help advisers identify key strategic and business opportunities and deliver practice management resources to address those opportunities.
- Assist with the leadership and operation of Dimensional’s Global Advisor Study and Global Investor Study, and other pulse surveys as required.
- Analyse, interpret and effectively communicate proprietary benchmark, study and survey data to identify key findings and trends.
- Formulate and project manage tailored Dimensional practice management initiatives designed to support the adviser community.
- Develop new content and initiatives for internal and external stakeholders, in conjunction with the EMEA Head of Client Communications and the US Practice Management teams.
- Present effectively to clients at Dimensional and industry events, and in client meetings.
- Interact directly with clients in meetings, and answer ad hoc queries.
- Be a team-player with a creative spirit within Dimensional’s teams, particularly the Client Communications, Practice Management, and communities teams, and more broadly the GCG.
- Demonstrate leadership within the team to support the development of future practice management talent.
- Communicate practice management concepts effectively with advisers and their teams.
- Assist in training the GCG sales team to communicate and deploy practice management studies and surveys with clients, and encourage the growth of Dimensional’s studies.
- Help develop study groups and communities in EMEA, working with the EMEA GCG and US teams.
- Develop in-depth understanding of Dimensional’s GCG business, personnel, and clients.
- Seek ways to improve procedures and processes.
- Promote the Dimensional brand and investment philosophy throughout the industry and marketplace.
Qualifications and competencies Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge of Dimensional, belief in Dimensional’s investment philosophy, and understanding of Dimensional 360.
- Experience as a Financial Advisor or in practice management within an investment management firm.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with high energy and passion; a self-starter.
- Team-oriented: ability to establish effective relationships, gain commitment, and work effectively across teams.
- Ability to integrate research into business success.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and a professional client service mindset.
- Must hold or complete the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) within 6 months of joining.
