We’re building a reliable, friendly, and switched-on team to support QSR’ across Canterbury. We’re currently looking for SIA Door Supervisors who want to be part of something more meaningful than just a shift. Whether you’re new to the industry or already experienced, you’ll receive the support you need to help create a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff. Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ensuring the safety of all customers and staff
  • Managing queues effectively, ensuring a smooth flow of patrons entering and exiting
  • Enforcing venue policies and maintaining order
  • Dealing with incidents professionally and in line with briefed procedures and reporting

Requirements

  • Valid Door Supervisor licence (essential)
  • Previous customer service experience in a similar role (essential)
  • Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
  • 5 years of checkable employment or education history, with references
  • Due to insurance restrictions, you must be over 18 years of age
  • Must be able to independently commute to and from the venue location CT1 2SR

Shift Timing: 22:30 - 04:00 (subject to change with notice from the venue)
