Purpose of Role
To provide a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property by managing entry, monitoring behaviour, and responding to incidents in a professional and customer friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all customers and staff
- Manage queues effectively to maintain a smooth and controlled flow of entry and exit
- Monitor behaviour inside and outside the venue to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere
- Enforce venue policies and procedures in line with licensing requirements
- De-escalate situations using conflict management techniques
- Respond to incidents professionally and in line with company procedures
- Accurately record and report incidents where required
- Work closely with venue management to ensure smooth day to day operations
