We are currently recruiting SIA Door Supervisors to support quick service restaurant (QSR) venues across Cardiff. This is a great opportunity to join a reliable, friendly, and switched on team focused on creating safe and welcoming environments for both customers and staff.

Purpose of Role

To provide a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property by managing entry, monitoring behaviour, and responding to incidents in a professional and customer friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all customers and staff
  • Manage queues effectively to maintain a smooth and controlled flow of entry and exit
  • Monitor behaviour inside and outside the venue to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures in line with licensing requirements
  • De-escalate situations using conflict management techniques
  • Respond to incidents professionally and in line with company procedures
  • Accurately record and report incidents where required
  • Work closely with venue management to ensure smooth day to day operations
