Hours: 35-40 hours per week

We have an opportunity in our beautiful restaurant situated at the heart of Victoria, just a stone's throw away from Victoria station. This is a one‑floor restaurant with approx 120 covers indoor and outdoor. Our restaurant is all about creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where guests can enjoy anything from a quick lunch to a long, laid‑back dinner with friends. Our seasonal menu bursts with colour and flavour, featuring popular dishes like sticky duck bao buns, aromatic panang curry, and refreshing Thai garden salad.

We’re looking for a personality‑packed Team Manager. You’re confident, energetic, and impossible to ignore in the best way. Whether welcoming guests, leading a buzzing service, or handing out tasters to passersby, you’ll embody the dim t magic. You’ll set the tone with your passion for perfection, ensuring every shift runs flawlessly both front and back of house. We want someone who demands the best from themselves and their team when it comes to service, cleanliness, presentation, and overall atmosphere. You’re not just good; you’re meticulous.
