We’re a cosy, two-floor dim t restaurant tucked away in the heart of Hampstead, serving up unforgettable dining experiences in a relaxed setting. With space for around 80 guests, we’re not about high volume or fast turnover; instead, we focus on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy anything from a quick bite to a leisurely dinner with friends. Our seasonal menu is full of colour and flavour, featuring favourites like soft, sticky duck bao buns, fragrant panang curry, and a refreshing Thai garden salad. If you enjoy working in a small, friendly team and thrive in a calmer, more personal environment, this could be the perfect place for you.
What we need from you:

Your day-to-day:
- Running slick, high-energy services with genuine hospitality
- Leading and supporting the front-of-house team
- Driving footfall and sales with creative outreach (tasters, engagement, flair!)
- Handling all things people-related from recruitment and training to team wellbeing and performance management
- Managing stock levels, placing accurate orders, and working with suppliers
- Keeping tight control on labour, rotas, and productivity
- Ensuring all operational tasks (including health & safety, compliance and cash handling) are delivered to the highest standard
- Ensuring every guest leaves feeling wowed
- Representing dim t with style, confidence, and passion
