As our Commis Waiter, you will help us create an authentic experience for our guests by supporting our waiting team. We are looking for someone passionate and very hospitable in their approach to customer service.
Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We’ve got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we’re just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station.

Your day at Aqua:
- Memorable dining experiences: Provide a warm and friendly support to our waiting team, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests
- Team collaboration: Work closely with our waiters and senior waiters on delivering a great service for our guests
You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £1.79 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
