As our Assistant Restaurant Manager , you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal – to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. This is a 48 hour, full-time position.

We are aiming to open our doors at the beginning of December, however, the date might potentially move by a week or two due to the nature of new openings so we would kindly ask you to be open and flexible with the start dates. We are expecting this role to start from 17th November onwards.

Your day at Aqua :

• Team guidance & development : Mentor and inspire a team of dedicated hospitality individuals. Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members to ensure top‑notch service and smooth operations
• Operational excellence : Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and implement creative business ideas

You will be paid £30,534.76 per year. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you between £9,465.23 and £14,465.23 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
