As our Food Runner, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth service by supporting both the kitchen and waitstaff, all while helping to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, in line with the AQUA ethos.
Where are we located? Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We’ve got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we’re just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station.

Your day at Aqua:
- Efficient service: Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure dishes are delivered promptly and correctly to guests
- Guest care: Clear plates, refill drinks, and assist with special guest requests, always focusing on elevating the guest experience
- Teamwork: Stay proactive by communicating effectively, restocking supplies, and keeping the service area clean to maintain seamless operations
You will be paid £12.21 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £2.79 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
