You’re a professional services leader who loves using technology to solve complex business problems and create an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders in Risk, Audit, and Compliance to turn their challenges into smart, scalable solutions that deliver real value. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects, guide customers through their GRC and audit transformation, and make sure they get the very best from their technology investment. You’ll also shape how services are delivered, coach a talented team, and play a key role in growing a high‑performing, customer‑obsessed practice.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder implementations for Risk and Audit teams, from discovery through go‑live and adoption.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, owning scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes to ensure successful delivery.
  • Design and drive technology‑enabled solutions that improve risk management, internal controls, and audit effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to shape proposals, support pre‑sales, and identify opportunities to expand client use cases.
  • Coach and mentor consultants on project management, client engagement, and domain best practices.
  • Contribute to practice‑building initiatives that enhance delivery methods, tools, and overall service quality.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 10+ years’ experience managing projects or services, with significant hands‑on experience in Enterprise Risk Management and/or Internal Audit.
  • Past experience with GRC or audit management platforms and how they support risk, control, and assurance processes is essential.
  • Proven experience leading teams or acting as a people manager in a consulting, professional services, or enterprise delivery environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including working with large or complex data sets to inform decisions and insights.
  • Experience delivering or supporting enterprise software implementations or complex systems/integration projects.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, able to influence senior stakeholders and explain complex topics clearly.
  • A commercial, outcomes‑focused mindset with the drive to deliver value and build long‑term client relationships.

It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:

  • A track record of growing client accounts or identifying new use cases and opportunities within existing customers.
  • Recognition as a subject matter expert (formal or informal) in risk, audit, or related domains, with an interest in thought leadership.
