Diligenta is recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor to join the People Function across Bristol, Peterborough and Edinburgh.

You will partner with managers, offering expert guidance on absence, performance, probation, conduct and capability, ensuring fair and proactive handling of ER matters.

You will support disciplinary, grievance and absence management cases, escalate complex issues, and deliver ER clinics to build manager capability.
