Summary of the role:

As the Enterprise Planning Lead, you will be responsible for the creation and embedding of the overall Diligenta standards that will be utilised across all accounts, requiring processes, good governance and client interaction at a pan account level to embed the go‑forward ‘One Diligenta’ model. The purpose of the Enterprise Planning Lead role is to oversee the development and implementation of the Enterprise planning unit and to optimise efficiency and achieve business objectives across all units at an enterprise level. Creating strategic plans and forecasting with helpful visualisation, across all accounts including details that enable users to make informed decisions at key points.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure accurate demand inflow and resource planning forecasts for all front office, back office, complaints and all other channels taking into account marketing campaigns, product launches, trends, peaks & drops, seasonal/intraday variations, events, commercials and contingency elements long‑term plans in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Contingency and Recovery planning.
  • Understand business requirements in context to business intelligence.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Assess risks and opportunities associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to analyse data and “tell the story” in an appropriate and effective way to relevant audiences, what‑if scenario building.
  • Has complete accountability for the results and performance of the area.
  • Responsible for developing departmental plans, including business, operational and organisational priorities.
  • Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility.
  • Guides others in resolving complex issues in their own specialised area and solves complex problems with implications on cross‑functional business processes and outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience of working within a similar Planning Lead position within an enterprise level environment.
  • Proven experience with Forecasting & Planning, Resource Scheduling and Real Time Queue Management.
  • A good background with ERP systems and planning software.
  • Experience with Advanced Forecasting Models.
  • Experience with WFM tools, Verint, NICE, Active OPS, Alvaria, CISCO or similar.
  • Change Management Experience.
  • Proven Costing & Budget expert.
  • Proven leadership skills – ability to motivate and develop a high performing team.
  • Stakeholder management – able to work effectively with key business and client stakeholders.
  • Proven presentation skills – both verbal and written.
  • Experience within a Life & Pensions or Financial Services environment (desirable).
