Overview

Customer Service Representative – Edinburgh, Standard Life House, Edinburgh (EH1 2DH). Salary: £24,479 per year. You will join a people and technology‑driven business, supporting customers via front‑line telephony. You will handle enquiries about life assurance, savings, investments, pension plans, and manage policy processing and updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
