Responsibilities
You will join a people‑ and technology‑driven business, handling calls to and from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. You may help customers plan for retirement, access investments, update personal information, or support families during bereavement. Comprehensive training will be provided and financial services experience is not essential.
