Diligenta is seeking a Risk Events Manager to oversee incidents and risk events across the Bristol or Edinburgh sites.

You will coordinate investigations, track remediation actions and perform root cause analysis to strengthen controls and enhance customer outcomes.

You will chair cross-functional meetings with Operations, IT, clients and Lloyds Banking Group stakeholders, producing MI for governance forums and ensuring governance and compliance throughout change initiatives.
