Diligenta, a Life and Pensions administrator, is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support managers across absence, performance, probation, conduct and capability issues in the People Function. You will help ensure fair, compliant handling of cases and reduce risk across the organization.
You will partner with managers to navigate disciplinary, grievance and absence processes, deliver ER clinics and maintain robust case records, while contributing to policy development and continuous improvement.
