Deliver tailored, high-impact software demonstrations that clearly articulate business value - not just product features. Engage confidently with senior leaders across Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Governance, Risk & Audit teams. Translate customer pain points into clear solution narratives, including quantified outcomes and success criteria, that support deal progression and closure. Own the technical win in partnership with Sales, including managing evaluations, sandbox environments, and stakeholder questions.

Articulate the cross-platform value of the Diligent One Platform and how it supports integrated Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) programs. Collaborate with Product teams to provide customer and domain feedback on product enhancements. Lead structured discovery to map requirements to Diligent solutions, define POC/sandbox success criteria, and ensure proposed solutions are implementation-ready. Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, industry events, and thought-leadership content.
- Domain Expertise: Apply practical compliance and governance expertise in customer discussions to frame challenges and guide solution design. Leverage familiarity with key regulatory and industry frameworks such as GDPR/CCPA, SOC 2, ISO, NIST, EU Directives (Whistleblower, AI, etc.), ABAC/AML, LkSG, as well as other relevant industry regulations. Knowledge of core compliance functions, including Ethics & Compliance Programs, Policy & Training, Third-Party Risk Management, and Entity & Subsidiary Management.
