The Field Marketing team develops and executes integrated, regionally aligned programs that generate marketing-sourced pipeline and accelerate bookings in partnership with Sales, SDR/BDR teams, and Product Marketing. We support go-to-market plays across pods and business units through events, webinars, ABM, and targeted campaigns designed to drive measurable impact across the funnel.

The Senior Field Marketing Specialist – UK & Ireland is a hands-on marketer responsible for planning and executing field programs for assigned pods, owning specific projects end-to-end and helping the team operate at scale. This role combines strategic planning support, tactical execution, and close cross-functional collaboration to drive MQLs, pipeline, and bookings in line with regional growth targets. The Senior Specialist is expected to be highly data-driven, AI-forward, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS environment.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated field marketing programs (events, webinars, virtual experiences, campaigns, and ABM plays) for assigned pods to generate MQLs, pipeline, and bookings aligned to regional goals.
  • Own specific projects and programs end-to-end, including scoping, planning, project management, budget support, execution, and post-campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Partner closely with Sales and SDR/BDR teams to align on GTM plays, ensure timely and quality follow-up on field activities, and continuously improve funnel progression and conversion.
  • Use AI and core marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Wrike, DiligentGPT and other AI solutions) to increase execution speed, personalization, and insight generation across programs and processes.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate performance against key metrics (MQLs, pipeline, bookings, ROI), providing actionable recommendations to improve channel mix, tactics, and overall effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the evolution of field marketing processes, playbooks, and best practices that support scale, consistency, and operational rigor across the UK & Ireland Field Marketing teams.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS field marketing or closely related experience, including hands-on campaign, event, and program execution.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and facility with AI tools, with practical examples of using AI to improve marketing processes, content development, and campaign performance.
  • Strong project management skills and operational rigor, with a proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple programs simultaneously, and meet deadlines with limited oversight; “get stuff done” mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with confidence working with Marketing and Sales leaders and cross-functional partners across the commercial organization.
  • Commercial and data-driven mindset; comfortable working with funnel, pipeline, and ROI metrics to inform planning, optimization, and recommendations.
  • Proficiency with core marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation and project management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Wrike), plus strong aptitude for Microsoft Office Suite.

It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:

  • Familiarity with or knowledge of the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) space and its core personas.
  • Experience working in high-growth B2B tech or startup environments.
  • Experience working directly with peers, senior leadership, and executive stakeholders in commercial and marketing organizations.
