Diligent is seeking a highly professional and motivated individual who can blend technical expertise with commercial acumen to uncover and develop impactful solutions for prospects and customers. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships, as you will engage directly with senior leaders of multinational organisations and key stakeholders in the GRC and ESG domains.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver compelling software demonstrations within tight timelines, accurately identifying and packaging the right solutions.
- Own the pre-sales technical win by mastering the Diligent sales process.
- Articulate the cross-platform value of the Diligent Platform with a clear understanding of its overarching vision.
- Present confidently to diverse audiences, including operational, managerial, and executive stakeholders.
- Support onboarding of new team members by sharing effective presentation techniques.
- Create solution design documents that address identified business challenges and objectives.
- Utilise sales tools (e.g., Gong, Salesforce, PowerPoint) to enhance presentations and engagements.
- Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, conferences, and white papers.
- Collaborate with Product Management on new features, upgrades, and domain-specific insights.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Audit, Risk Management, and IT Compliance practices.
- Understand and apply risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and NIST RMF.
- Employ methodologies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks using GRC platforms and related technologies.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in solutions engineering within the Risk & Audit domain.
- Proven expertise across SaaS solutions to support deal qualification and closure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong collaboration with sales teams to foster productive and positive relationships.
- Contribution to team sales targets and quotas.
- Consistently high customer satisfaction ratings aligned with company standards.
- Completion of required training and development within designated timelines.
- Self-driven and quick to acquire new technical and domain knowledge.
- Professional presentation skills across various communication channels (email, written, verbal).
