Position Overview

You are passionate about technology, creatively and commercially driven and fully committed to a beautiful customer experience. You lead customer adoption project teams to drive adoption of Diligent solutions and support business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engagements independently or with a team and coordinate task allocation.
  • Continue to deliver Professional Services over the course of the entire customer journey and/or product enablement lifecycle.
  • Actively manage projects and mobilize the proper team resources to ensure successful project delivery; minimise delays and project overruns; manage project efficiencies and budgets.
  • Leverage Domain/Product knowledge to expand business through interactions with the customer. Support sales on Discovery Calls, SOW Generation, Scoping, etc.
  • Take the lead, in conjunction with SE & CS, to develop strategies and approaches to drive increased adoption of Diligent Solutions and in expansion plays for GRC use cases.
  • Spearhead the development of business solutions that leverage the full suite of Diligent products.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring of team members on project management and customer enablement.
  • Continue to develop Domain and Product expertise to provide guidance to customers on best practices for solution rollout and project execution through continuous learning and personal development.
  • Identify specialty areas of Domain and/or Product to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and prioritise learning and development of those areas.
  • Propose, lead, support and execute internal initiatives that benefit the broader team and business.
  • Support senior management, sales, and solution engineers on potential Business Development activities (Discovery Calls, RFP Response, SOW generation).
  • Support Senior Managers in efficient and effective Practice Management and Operational Matters, including proper resource scheduling, timesheet submission/approvals, profitability, etc.

Required Experience/Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role.
  • 3-5 years of advanced SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, stored procedures, performance tuning and complex queries optimisations.
  • Knowledge of database structure language, such as SQL or T‐SQL.
  • Expert level data manipulation in spreadsheets (Excel, Access).
  • Embody Customer First mindset in all undertakings, operating with urgency, excellence, and accountability to customer outcomes and experiences.
  • Maintains a consistently high-quality level of work ethic including attention to detail, accuracy, and following processes and procedures with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and organisation skills and ability to multi‐task in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Shows a willingness to problem-solve and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work as part of a Global team to deliver in aggressive timeframes and respond quickly in a constantly changing environment.
  • Passionate about GRC (i.e. governance, audit, compliance, internal controls, information security, ESG, Entities and/or risk management, etc).
  • Excellent communication skills— including delivery of presentations or workshops.
  • Ability to effectively engage client personnel in solution discussions to resolve issues regarding GRC requirements and goals.
