Role Overview
You will lead the forward-deployed engineering of AI agents for risk managers, internal auditors, and compliance professionals. The role focuses on turning prototype agents into reliable, end-to-end solutions that audit teams can trust and use in production.
Travel Requirements
Travel across Europe and the United States is required. You will spend a substantial amount of time on-site with enterprise customers, conducting workshops, testing algorithms, and ensuring agents meet regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery workshops with audit, risk, and compliance teams to identify workflows ripe for agentic automation.
- Prototype quickly, test with real practitioners, and iterate until the agent is reliable enough for production use.
- Feed learnings back into the platform to generalize patterns across functions, speeding future engagements.
- Build and maintain evaluation infrastructure, guardrails, and golden datasets grounded in real audit workflows.
- Detect and resolve silent regressions, context-window degradation, prompt instability, and non-deterministic outputs in live environments.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape agent roadmaps and technical decisions that enable production deployment.
- Write code and design evaluation mechanisms to guard against agent failures before customer teams notice.
Qualifications
- Have shipped at least one production agent and understood the reliability cliff.
- Understand the full agent development life cycle: evaluation, guardrails, observability, and regression testing.
- Comfortable engaging executives such as Chief Risk Officers while debugging agent traces.
- Genuinely curious about how risk managers, internal auditors, and compliance professionals work.
- Can distinguish between workflows that need an agent and those that require a simple button.
- Desire to drive enterprise agentic AI in production rather than handing it off after development.
Benefits
- Commitment to creativity and innovation across products.
- Flexible work environment, global days of service, comprehensive health benefits, and generous time-off and wellness programs.
- Global team with office hubs in Washington D.C., Vancouver, London, Galway, Budapest, Munich, Bengaluru, Singapore, and Sydney.
- Strong diversity focus with employee resource groups and resources to support inclusion.
