You love transforming complex operational activities into intuitive and progressive tech solutions. In this role, you’ll shape the future of Ethics & Compliance by owning product management end-to-end. You will get to translate the vision and strategy into execution, deliver a market-leading AI‑powered roadmap, partner closely with an awesome, globally dispersed team that includes product marketing, engineering, UX/design, to turn real customer insights into scalable, high‑impact solutions. If you thrive on transformational change, influencing cross‑functional teams while leading your own, and building commercially attractive products that truly move the needle for customers, this is where your expertise in product leadership and agile development will give you something to sink your teeth into.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Deliver product strategy to transform six related products into one interoperable AI-powered Ethics offering over the next 12 months
- Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product direction and priorities
- Set and manage the roadmap, using market intelligence to quantify, scope and sequence the offering, iterating based on market feedback
- Partner closely with engineering and UX/product design to ship high-quality products on time
- Lead and develop a team of experienced product managers
- Drive product discovery, define requirements, and manage backlogs across multiple teams
- Track performance (usage, adoption, outcomes) and continuously improve the product portfolio
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- You have built, shipped, and iterated B2B Enterprise SaaS products as well as AI assistants and Agents
- You are commercially minded and evaluate product success in terms of revenue as well as its utility
- You have owned a product portfolio
- Worked in a combination of Start-up, Scale-up and 'Corporate’ companies
- Experience working closely with engineering and product design in agile development environments
- Clear communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Thrive in a fast-paced, outcome focused environment
It would be great if you had these / done this too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Domain knowledge in either risk, compliance, due diligence, or adjacent regulated industries
- Familiarity with global regulatory environments or third-party risk ecosystems
- Experience with platform integrations, APIs, or ecosystem-based products
- Experience building and taking net new products to market, or evolving an immature product
- Experience integrating individual products together, knowing how to balance existing customer needs with new customer acquisition
