Diligent is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish/English) to manage Tier I support and client relationships. You will address support calls, resolve issues, and work with the Customer Success Team and ProdOps to ensure rapid resolution and high client satisfaction.
The role is hybrid with remote Mondays and Fridays and office on Tue–Thu, 2:00 pm–11:00 pm BST. Open to Galway or London applicants with the right to work; visa sponsorship is not available.
