Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end GTM strategies for Diligent Boards across key customer segments and regions.
  • Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, value propositions, and launch strategies based on customer, market, and competitive insights.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to understand product roadmaps, technical capabilities, integrations, data, AI functionality, and translate these into compelling customer benefits.

  • Develop GTM strategies for AI-powered products and capabilities, translating AI/GenAI functionality into clear business value and differentiated market positioning.
  • Build sufficient technical depth to credibly understand and communicate complex SaaS technologies, including APIs, integrations, data, automation, security, and AI capabilities.
  • Partner with technical product and engineering teams to ensure accurate and compelling communication of product capabilities.
  • Develop deep understanding of our ICP, personas, buying committees, customer journeys, TAM, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Lead Voice of Customer and market research initiatives and translate insights into actionable GTM and product recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities across SMB and mid-market segments, including digital and product-led growth motions.
  • Equip Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement teams with compelling product narratives, competitive intelligence, technical content, battlecards, and other sales tools.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales on campaigns that generate demand and accelerate pipeline and revenue.
  • Support pricing, packaging, segmentation, and monetization strategies in partnership with Product, Finance, and Sales.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Establish KPIs to measure product marketing impact across pipeline, conversion, product adoption, expansion, and revenue.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to continuously optimize GTM strategies, positioning, messaging, launches, and campaigns.

Required Experience/Skills

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS/product marketing experience, with significant experience in a technology company.
  • 5+ years in product marketing or technical product marketing, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end GTM strategies.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and simplify complex SaaS, APIs, integrations, data, automation, and AI/GenAI technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience developing AI/GenAI go-to-market strategies or marketing AI-enabled products/features.
  • Experience marketing to SMB and/or mid-market customers, with an understanding of differentiated buying journeys and GTM motions.
  • Strong product marketing fundamentals across positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and sales enablement.
  • Experience working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn market and customer data into actionable GTM strategies.
  • Exceptional storytelling, written and verbal communication, and executive presence.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in GRC, governance, risk, compliance, legal technology, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG), self-service, digital acquisition, or usage/adoption-driven growth models.
  • Experience marketing products to executives, General Counsels, Corporate Secretaries, legal professionals, CIO/IT leaders, security teams, or other complex buying committees.
  • Experience with generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, analytics, or other emerging technologies.
  • Experience with pricing, packaging, monetization, and product-market fit initiatives.
