Be part of an exciting new restaurant opening on Charlotte Street in the heart of Fitzrovia. Launching in late autumn 2026, Dila is an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant seen through the lens of a Londoner bringing together vibrant flavours, generous hospitality and exceptional produce.
We are looking for a warm, confident and highly organised Matre D to join our opening team. As the person leading Dilas welcome, youll play a key role in shaping the guest experience from the moment a reservation is made to the moment our guests leave.
Youll take ownership of OpenTable and the reservations journey, while leading a team of 2 Hosts to create a front door experience that feels personal, effortless and genuinely welcoming.
About Dila
Spanning two floors, Dila will have approximately 50 covers on the ground floor and a further 70 on the first floor, including a private dining room, alongside a 40-cover terrace.
Designed for sharing, the menu centres around seasonal meze, vegetable-led dishes and charcoal grills, combining indigenous ingredients and spices from across the region with exceptional produce sourced from local farmers, growers, fishermen and producers across the UK.
