Ready to lead sales and customer success at a restaurant tech startup?
Diinr has achieved product-market fit with our restaurant management platform. We\’re looking for a Head of Sales/Customer Success to help us scale from our current restaurant partners to hundreds across the UK.
What you\’ll lead:
- Own the complete customer journey from initial contact to long-term success
- Build and execute sales strategies while ensuring customer retention and growth
- Create scalable processes for both sales and customer success functions
- Develop relationships with restaurant owners and ensure their ongoing success
- Establish metrics and systems to track performance across the customer lifecycle
0.6% – 1% equity depending on commitment and experience
Currently equity-only until we secure funding, then competitive salary + equity
Founding team member with direct input on company direction
Work alongside seasoned founders from successful tech companies
Build both sales and customer success functions from scratch in a proven market
Preferred experience (not required):
→ Hospitality industry background or deep understanding of restaurant operations
→ B2B sales experience, particularly in SaaS or technology solutions
→ Customer success or account management experience
→ Startup environment with the ability to wear multiple hats
→ Track record of building processes and scaling teams
