DigX is supporting a major Business Readiness programme within the Life & Pensions sector. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the Business Readiness team and provide hands-on delivery support. This is a structured, supported role — you will be embedded in an active programme, working closely with experienced delivery leads who will guide what is needed and help you grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Run Business Readiness working groups: scheduling, agendas, facilitation, and capturing outputs
  • Create and maintain steering pack content alongside the team: RAID updates, progress summaries, decisions, and risks
  • Organise and coordinate cross-team meetings, ensuring clear outcomes and follow-through
  • Track actions and maintain RAID, assumptions, and dependencies across readiness activities
  • Support senior stakeholders with meeting preparation, information collation, and follow-up
  • Work alongside senior stakeholders who engage directly with third-party partners, helping maintain alignment and chase updates
  • Produce clear, concise reporting for the Business Readiness PM and programme leadership
  • Support consistency in governance, templates, and tracking under the direction of the Business Readiness PM

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in a Junior Project Manager role
  • Strong organisational skills — confident running meetings and managing multiple moving parts
  • Experience creating decks, steering packs, or structured reporting (PowerPoint essential)
  • Clear communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Able to work at pace with shifting priorities, without losing attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset — you spot gaps, chase answers, and keep things moving
  • Basic understanding of project governance: RAID, meeting cycles, RAG reporting, and dependencies
  • Life & Pensions or Financial Services experience is beneficial but not essential.
