The Role
As a C# Developer, you will design and build enterprise-grade integration solutions using C# and .NET within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. This is a hands-on development role focused on writing clean, scalable code and configuring cloud services to deliver secure, high-performing integrations across ERP, HR, Payroll, and Field Services systems.
What You’ll Do
- Develop integration solutions using C#, .NET, and Azure services
- Build integrations with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations for HR, Recruitment, Payroll
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Automate workflows with PowerShell, Azure CLI, REST APIs
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise integration workflows for performance and reliability
- Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to design sessions
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
- 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in C#/.NET development
- Strong skills in building integration solutions
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI, REST APIs)
Desirable:
- Experience with Workday integrations or Power Platform
- Familiarity with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Application Insights
- Microsoft certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400)
- Exposure to multi-cloud or containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
