The Role: As a Programme Director, you’ll manage high‑profile, complex programmes involving large‑scale data migration and integration within the Life & Pensions industry. You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, ensure delivery excellence, and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data migration and integration programmes, including post‑merger/acquisition transitions
  • Define and maintain data migration strategies, plans, and roadmaps
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and provide assurance and escalation management
  • Establish governance frameworks and reporting rhythms
  • Oversee resource planning and allocation for complex programmes
  • Support and mentor programme and migration teams
  • Drive adoption of best practice tools and processes (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Jira)
