The Role in 30 Seconds
You'll run and maintain the Power Platform estate day-to-day — environments, DLP, security roles, release waves, and monitoring. You’ll keep the platform healthy, compliant, and predictable across enterprise tenants, ensuring governance is enforced and solutions stay performant. Hands-on, detail-driven, and the person who makes the platform “just work.”
What You'll Actually Do
- Core responsibilities:
- Environment strategy & tenant admin — Provision Dev/Test/UAT/Prod, manage capacity/licensing hygiene, maintain DLP and connector governance
- Security & compliance — RBAC, security roles/teams, field-level security, audit logs, retention policies
- ALM/DevOps — Operate pipelines, environment variables, connection references, support managed solution promotion
- Monitoring & operations — PPAC, CoE dashboards, Azure Monitor/App Insights; incident triage, runbooks, RCA inputs
- Dataverse administration — Table permissions, business rules, light configuration updates
- Power Apps & Automate hygiene — App/flow ownership changes, connection maintenance, governance enforcement
- Dual-write support — Monitor health checks, error handling workflows, coordinate deployments
- Power Pages admin basics and routing
- Release wave coordination and regression checks
- Awareness of wider estate integrations (EDI/MES/Barcode)
- Collaboration with architecture/design authority when required
You'll Fit If You Have
- Essential:
- Proven enterprise-scale PPAC administration experience
- Strong understanding of DLP, environment strategy, connector governance
- Solid grasp of RBAC, security roles, AAD groups, field-level security
- Experience with solution moves and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Ability to operate in regulated or complex multi-environment estates
- Comfortable owning operational stability and platform governance
- Dataverse modelling basics
- Power Apps/Automate support experience
- Dual-write monitoring exposure
- Experience in regulated sectors
- PL-200 / PL-400 certifications
