What You\’ll Do: As our Senior DevOps Engineer, you\’ll transform our technical landscape by:

• Designing and implementing robust infrastructure-as-code solutions using Azure that maintain reliability while enabling rapid deployment
• Building comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability systems that ensure platform stability and performance
• Creating incident response protocols and conducting thorough post-mortems to continuously improve system reliability
• Automating operational tasks through advanced CI/CD pipelines to reduce toil and increase development velocity
• Implementing SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs to quantify and improve service reliability across our platforms
• Championing reliability engineering principles and mentoring teams on resilient system design

The Ideal Senior DevOps Engineer:

• Has proven experience balancing system reliability with feature velocity
• Demonstrates expertise in infrastructure-as-code using Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Shows mastery of monitoring tools, log aggregation, and metrics collection systems
• Brings strong automation capabilities and experience with CI/CD infrastructure
• Possesses deep knowledge of incident management, capacity planning, and performance optimization
• Azure and/or DevOps certifications valued but not essential for exceptional talent
