DigX is a specialist digital transformation consultancy delivering complex engineering, data, cloud, and automation solutions for organisations that need to modernise at pace. We partner with major enterprises, including FTSE 100 firms, to turn technology into a catalyst for growth, resilience, and innovation.
We are growing fast, and we’re now looking for a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst to join our high‑performing consulting practice.
If you’ve worked across pension products, legacy data, platform migrations, and regulated delivery, and you know the difference between documentation and real assurance – this role is for you.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Consultant at DigX, you’ll sit at the heart of large‑scale Life & Pensions transformation programmes, bringing structure, rigour, and confidence to migrations where the stakes are high.
You’ll lead analysis and migration workstreams, shape governance and delivery approaches, and act as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders. This is a hands‑on consulting role with real accountability – combining deep analytical expertise with judgement, authority, and commercial awareness.
You’ll also help shape how DigX delivers migrations, support the development of other consultants, and strengthen our reputation in the Life & Pensions market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading complex workshops and migration‑focused analysis activities
- Advising clients on migration approach, governance, and delivery risk
- Resolving ambiguity in highly regulated environments
- Defining outcomes, KPIs, and success measures
- Acting as a trusted adviser to senior business, programme, and risk stakeholders
- Owning end‑to‑end analysis or migration assurance workstreams
- Shaping migration governance, controls, and tracking mechanisms
- Leading data mapping, validation, and integrity activities
- Overseeing integrations between legacy and target platforms
- Identifying risks and dependencies early, with clear, evidence‑based escalation
- Coaching consultants and supporting capability development
- Contributing to migration frameworks, assets, and governance approaches
- Leading initiatives that improve delivery control and assurance quality
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience delivering Life & Pensions migrations or similarly regulated transformations
- Proven Business Analysis capability in data‑heavy, platform‑led environments
- Deep experience in migration requirements, data mapping, validation, and assurance reporting
- Confidence working across legacy platforms, target systems, and integrations
- Strong understanding of regulated delivery and stakeholder assurance
- The ability to lead workstreams and operate calmly under scrutiny
Why Join DigX?
At DigX, you’ll join a consultant‑led, high‑trust environment where expertise matters. You’ll work on genuinely complex programmes, have the autonomy to shape outcomes, and build a long‑term consulting career in a firm that specialises, not generalises.
Apply today for immediate consideration.
