DigX is delivering a large-scale data transformation programme within the Life and Pensions sector. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to own a critical data migration workstream — end to end. This isn’t a generalist PM role. You’ll be accountable for taking complex, multi-source data migrations from early source analysis all the way through rehearsal, cutover, and stabilisation into a consolidated Life and Pensions administration platform. Life and Pensions experience is essential. We need someone who understands the data structures, regulatory context, and operational realities of this sector — not someone learning on the job.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead multi-stage data migrations — from source profiling and mapping through transformation, rehearsal, and cutover
  • Build and maintain migration run-books, wave plans, cutover schedules, and rollback strategies
  • Manage dependencies across platform build, environments, integration, and support teams
