DigX is a specialist digital transformation consultancy delivering complex engineering, data, cloud, and automation solutions for organisations that need to modernise at pace. We are growing fast, and we’re now looking for a Business Analyst to join our high-performing consulting practice.
If you’ve worked across pension products, legacy data, platform migrations, and regulated delivery, and you understand how to bring clarity and structure to complex change - this role is for you.
We have a satellite office in London and are headquartered in the North Midlands. Due to the nature of our work, we operate a remote first/hybrid policy, with occasional travel to both client and DigX offices.
As a Business Analyst at DigX, you’ll play a key role in supporting large-scale Life & Pensions transformation programmes, helping bring structure, clarity, and control to complex migration initiatives.
You’ll work closely with senior consultants, client stakeholders, and delivery teams to support analysis and migration activities, contribute to governance and assurance, and help ensure high-quality outcomes in regulated environments.
This is an applied role that combines analytical thinking, attention to detail, and exposure to complex delivery, with the opportunity to grow your consulting capability and take on increasing responsibility over time.
- Supporting workshops and migration-focused analysis activities
- Contributing to migration approach, governance, and delivery planning
- Helping define outcomes, KPIs, and success measures
- Supporting analysis and migration workstreams as part of a wider delivery team
- Contributing to data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Identifying risks and dependencies, with clear escalation where needed
- Contributing to reusable assets, frameworks, and delivery best practice
Experience working as a Business Analyst within Life & Pensions or similarly regulated environments:
- Exposure to data-heavy or migration-led programmes
- Understanding of requirements gathering, data mapping, and validation processes
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders across business and delivery teams
You’ll work on genuinely complex programmes, gain exposure to high-impact transformation work, and build your consulting career in a firm that specialises, not generalises.
Apply today for immediate consideration.
